Creating a modern and progressive campus to live and learn in

At the heart of any university lies its physical environment - the campus.

As such, we need to continuously invest in our estate to ensure we remain competitive and attractive to prospective students and staff by providing the best teaching, learning and research facilities.

We're investing £400 million over 10 years into our Portsmouth campus to create world class facilities to enable innovation in learning, teaching and research.

Our Estates Masterplan is the most ambitious development project in our history. It includes constructing new landmark buildings, refurbishing existing facilities and creating new public spaces. The plan will support our strategy to deliver globally recognised research, become climate positive and create a vibrant experience for our communities.
