Location
The London Campus will be based in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, north east London near Walthamstow town centre and a 1 minute walk from good public transport links such as Walthamstow Central Train Station (Overground) and Walthamstow Central Underground - last stop on the Victoria Line.
The first London Borough of Culture, Waltham Forest is an eclectic area, and is the only north east London borough without a Higher Education Institute.

The campus will include four buildings when it is fully developed:
Admissions and Recruitment Centre (ARC), 206 High Street, Walthamstow - based at Walthamstow Library, the ARC will include office, meeting and marketing spaces. Due to open in April 2023.
Juniper House, 221 Hoe Street, Walthamstow - the first phase of the University of Portsmouth London campus will be at the newly-built Juniper House which will include two floors of custom built learning spaces including learning technologies, a computer lab and a social space. Due to open in May 2024.
Mark Street, 1 Mark Street, Stratford - expansion space to support undergraduate and postgraduate courses including social learning and office spaces. Due to open in summer 2025.
Central House, 189-203 Hoe Street, Walthamstow - right next door to Juniper House, our purpose-built campus will become an iconic local building with smart technology. It will include a minimum of 26 teaching rooms, two computer labs and social spaces. With sustainability and wellbeing built-in, we will have green spaces and quiet areas to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, students and visitors. Due to open in September 2027.
